Cave Man Return Policy
We stand behind our gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
You’ve got 14 days from the day your order hits your doorstep to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible, your item needs to be in the same condition you received it—unused, unmounted, tags on, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Heads up: Please don’t ship anything back without contacting us first. Unannounced returns won’t be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Open your package as soon as it lands.
If something shows up damaged, defective, or just flat-out wrong, hit us up immediately. We’ll assess the situation and get it fixed fast.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items can’t come back—no matter how tough the Cave Man spirit is. This includes:

Perishables (food, flowers, plants, etc.)

Custom or personalized items

Personal care goods

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items

Gift cards

Exchanges
Need a different item?
The fastest way is simple: send the original back (once approved), then place a new order for the item you want.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off (For EU Orders Only)
If your order ships into the EU, you’ve got 14 days to cancel or return it—no reason needed. The item must still be unused, in original condition, and sent with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund heads back to your original payment method—usually within 10 business days. Your bank may need a little extra time to post it.
