Cave Man Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Every Cave Man order is packed, checked, and shipped with care.
Our current processing time is 2–5 business days before your order heads out the door. During high-volume periods, processing may take the full window — but we move fast, and we don’t sit on orders.

Shipping Times

Once your order ships, the delivery timeline depends on the carrier and destination. Most U.S. orders arrive within the carrier’s standard delivery window.

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers can experience delays we can’t control — weather, logistics slowdowns, holiday traffic, or your local post office moving at prehistoric speeds.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
If tracking doesn’t update right away, give the carrier a bit — sometimes it takes 24–48 hours to scan into their system.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or something isn’t right, email us immediately at cavemanliness@gmail.com so we can make it right.

If a package is marked “delivered” but you didn’t get it, check with neighbors, security offices, or your local carrier first. If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll help guide next steps.

Incorrect Addresses

Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an address is wrong and the package gets returned, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

International Shipping

If we ship outside the U.S., international orders may face customs delays or import fees that are out of our control. Buyers are responsible for any import duties.
